Nylon sheets, also known as polyamide sheets, are a widely used engineering plastic, renowned for their excellent mechanical strength, abrasion resistance, and chemical resistance.
Nylon sheets (also known as PA sheets) are high-performance engineering plastic sheets manufactured through processes such as extrusion and molding. They possess excellent characteristics including high strength, high toughness, wear resistance, self-lubrication, fatigue resistance, and corrosion resistance. They can withstand certain high and low temperature environments and have good processing properties, allowing them to be processed into various parts through cutting, engraving, drilling, and bending. They are widely used in mechanical manufacturing, the automotive industry, electronics, and many other fields.
During the production of nylon sheets, additives such as glass fiber, flame retardants, and toughening agents can be added to the nylon raw material according to actual application requirements to further optimize its performance. These processed nylon materials are then formed under high temperature and high pressure conditions using specific molds, ultimately forming sheets of a certain thickness, width, and length.
Homopolymer and copolymer options available: PP sheets are available in PPH (homogeneous polypropylene, with greater rigidity) and PPC (copolymer polypropylene, with better low-temperature impact resistance), and can be customized according to climate and application.
Surface modification technology: High-quality PP sheets can be embossed, treated with anti-slip, UV-resistant, or antistatic finishes to meet specific industrial needs.
Green and environmentally friendly: PP is a semi-crystalline material that does not produce toxic gases when burned and is 100% recyclable, meeting the 2025 ESG environmental procurement standards.

| Nylon 6 (PA6) | A widely used type with excellent overall performance, commonly used in extrusion or casting molding. |
| Nylon 66 (PA66) | Compared to PA6, it offers higher temperature resistance and rigidity, and better abrasion resistance. |
| Nylon 11 (PA11) | It possesses excellent impact resistance and flexibility, with low water absorption, making it suitable for outdoor applications. |
>> High strength and toughness: Nylon possesses excellent tensile and flexural strength and impact resistance.
>> Excellent abrasion resistance: High abrasion resistance, low coefficient of friction, and self-lubricating properties.
>> Chemical resistance: Resistant to corrosion from most acids, alkalis, salts, and organic solvents.
>> Dimensional stability: Low water absorption helps maintain good dimensional stability, especially under dry conditions.
>> Lightweight: Lighter than metal materials, facilitating movement and processing.
