> Cutting and Blanking: Using CNC sawing machines and laser cutting machines, precise cutting is performed according to drawing dimensions, ensuring a smooth, chip-free cut surface.
> Turning, Milling, and Drilling: For workpieces requiring drilling, tapping, chamfering, and external turning, CNC lathes and milling machines are used to achieve high-precision control of ±0.1mm, meeting the precision requirements of mechanical parts.
> Hot Bending: For PP rods requiring bending shapes, constant-temperature heating equipment is used to soften the material, which is then pressed into arc and irregular shapes using molds. After cooling and setting, it does not spring back, suitable for applications such as guardrail brackets and equipment accessories.
> Engraving and Polishing: Complex patterns and markings are engraved using CNC engraving machines; products requiring a smooth surface are polished to enhance their appearance and texture.
