Concrete protective lining is a protective sheet made of high molecular weight polyethylene (HDPE, UHMW-PE) or modified polyolefin materials. It is manufactured using a one-time extrusion molding process and is bonded to concrete through mechanical anchoring, welding or embedding to form a durable and stable protective layer. It is mainly used for long-term corrosion protection, seepage prevention and wear resistance protection of concrete structure surfaces, and is widely used in engineering structures such as sewage treatment plants, chemical storage tanks, sedimentation tanks, tunnels, and water channels that are in long-term contact with corrosive media.

It exhibits excellent resistance to various chemical media such as acids, alkalis, and salts; it can prevent concrete from being corroded, carbonized, or damaged by penetration for a long period of time.

Made of high-molecular-weight polyethylene, it has excellent toughness and impact resistance, making it suitable for heavy-duty and long-term scouring environments.

The material itself is highly dense, and the weld can achieve a complete seal, ensuring the seepage prevention effect of the pool or channel.

It has a high abrasion resistance coefficient and is resistant to ultraviolet aging, making it suitable for long-term indoor and outdoor use environments.

The back of the plate can be designed with V-shaped, T-shaped anchoring protrusions or grooves, forming an integral part with the concrete pouring; installation and maintenance are convenient, on-site hot-melt welding is supported, and weld inspection is simple and reliable.
